The publicly documented Project Station Lv.2 recipe comes from the Anadromous Odyssey bundle at the Central Lake Research Station in the Hanging Gardens. Arriving in the district and completing the station upgrade are separate steps.

Follow the Hanging Gardens arrival and Kassim’s Collector Rod task, then continue to Field Research. The launch walkthrough describes research stations appearing on the map after that introduction.
If you are following an old demo video, check its version before treating a closed route as a permanent limit. The October demo stopped before this district. The published launch progression continues into research, so demo-only advice that station upgrades are unavailable does not describe the whole Early Access route.

Inspect the live station to confirm the names, quantities and reward. We do not give a single guaranteed fishing pin for all four species. Record what the bundle still lacks and gather toward that list rather than selling every catch immediately.
The fish guide also reports a separate Refining Station Lv.2 reward for finishing the station’s first page. Treat the set reward and page reward as different messages to inspect, even if your completion triggers both together.
Return to the station’s upgrade interface
Learning a station recipe is not the same as receiving a fully upgraded workbench. Go back to your Project Station and inspect its upgrade panel. Check the current materials and energy cost there, then collect what is missing.
Read the item names literally. A refined bar is not a raw scrap; a battery’s current charge is not its maximum capacity. If the required energy exceeds a full starter battery, follow the battery upgrade route before repeatedly trying the same craft.
Why a tool can remain locked afterward
Station level provides the place to craft higher-tier tools. Their own blueprints can require different bundles. Hammer Lv.2 is tied to Heavy-Weight Titans, while the public tool guide places Pruners Lv.2 behind Murky Waters.
Use this diagnosis order when the upgrade seems not to have worked:
- Confirm the Project Station actually shows level two.
- Inspect the specific tool’s blueprint requirement.
- Check which research set rewards that blueprint.
- Compare raw materials with the refined ingredients requested.
- Recharge after any processing, then try the final craft.
This separates four gates that often look like a single grey crafting button. It also avoids gathering a second ingredient batch for an unlock that has not been learned yet.
