Earn early Dew in Loftia by shipping crops and prepared food through your island’s Shipping Bin. Compare the displayed sale value with the seeds and ingredients you actually buy; a high selling price by itself does not establish a profitable production loop.

Complete the shipping introduction first

Hazel’s opening farming route teaches harvesting and putting crops in the Shipping Bin. Kun then introduces cooking and shipping a finished dish. Finish those objectives so you understand the delivery interaction before trying to optimize a larger farming routine.

If you are short of money during that sequence, preserve what the current task requests. Shipping every available crop can leave you without the ingredients for Carrot Soup or a later pet-rescue bowl. Set those items aside before choosing what is genuinely surplus.

Separate revenue from profit

Use the shop and shipping values displayed in your current client. A simple comparison for one planned batch is:

Sale revenue minus purchased seeds and ingredients = margin before valuing your time and other inputs.

That is a budgeting calculation, not a promise about a particular recipe. Gathered fruit still takes time to collect, and cooking uses battery energy. Those costs matter when deciding whether one route suits the time you have available.

Record these numbers for a small trial batch:

RecordWhy it matters
Seeds purchasedGrowing an ingredient is not automatically free.
Shop ingredients purchasedSugar and similar inputs can change the margin.
Finished quantity and sale valueCompare the actual output, not a hypothetical bonus.
Gathering and cooking timeA larger margin may require a much longer routine.

Try a small batch before spending most of your Dew on one plan.

Use cooking as an option, not a guaranteed winner

Published guides discuss crops and prepared dishes as early income routes. Demo players also discussed fruit smoothies using bought sugar, but old community calculations are not a current Early Access price guarantee.

Read the recipe, inspect Kun’s sugar supply if needed, and compare the resulting margin with simply shipping the crop. If your battery is the bottleneck, improve the energy setup before assuming that additional crops alone will increase the amount you can finish in a session.

Spend toward the next useful bottleneck

Building permits raise placement allowances. Seeds let you use garden space you already have. A recipe purchase adds another production choice. Choose according to the next task you want to accomplish rather than buying every available upgrade at once.

Bloom is a different resource, covered in the Bloom guide. Do not assume that a large Dew balance substitutes for every other currency or crafting requirement. Read the payment type in the actual shop or upgrade panel.

Keep a buffer for quests and restocking

Before a large purchase, note what it would take to plant the next crop batch and finish the active quest. This is a practical planning suggestion rather than a fixed minimum balance. Your priorities can be different if you are decorating, progressing through research or gathering with friends.
