Make Adobe at the Refining Station using Clay. The public recipe records agree on a base conversion of five Clay into one Adobe; picking up Clay does not automatically make the processed material.
Check the Adobe recipe at the Refining Station
Open the station’s recipe list and select Adobe. Public records place it at the first station tier, so do not assume you need a late-game upgrade merely because it is a manufactured material. Compare the displayed ingredients with what is actually available for the craft.
The Refining Station guide covers making and placing the station. A Project Station and a Refining Station serve different jobs: look for the material-processing recipe at the latter, rather than repeatedly searching the finished-object menu.
Gather only the Clay you still need
Use the Clay gathering route around the Construction Site in Loftia City. Before leaving, check your current supply and the number of Adobe required by the final object. Keeping those two numbers separate makes the gathering trip easier to plan.

These totals are recipe arithmetic, not guaranteed bonus production. If a critical craft gives extra output, count it after the craft rather than assuming it in advance. Reserve any raw Clay needed for another active objective before processing the whole stack.
Finish processing before making the final item
Flower-pot tasks are a common reason to look for Adobe. The material and the finished pot are different recipe entries, so first collect the Adobe output, then open the station for the pot named by your task. Public item records also list other decorative uses; they do not mean every design is already unlocked for your character.
Read whether the active instruction asks you to craft, place, plant or report back. Having an ingredient cannot complete a request for a finished object, and making an object cannot by itself satisfy a placement instruction. For a placement limit, check building permits.
Diagnose a blocked craft
Check the recipe’s actual material requirement, the station you are using and your current energy. If the ingredients are correct but production cannot start, use the battery guide to separate empty charge from insufficient capacity. Gathering more Clay will not repair an energy shortage.
If Adobe is absent from the list, revisit the current crafting introduction and task panel before treating a higher station level as the answer. This page does not invent an additional research gate, a fixed timer or a guaranteed yield from a particular Clay mound.
